Laos Order Million Elephants White Parasol Knight Interwar

Laos: Knight in the Order of the Million Elephants 
and of the White Parasol. 
The Order was instituted by King Sisavang-Vong, 
in 1909 and was amended to this form in 1927. 
The Order was awarded to Lao citizens and to 
French serving in Laos for exceptional military 
or civil service.  
This is an early post WW1 - Interwar example.
