Forced Labor Resisters, 1939 1945. 
The medal was instituted in 1963 and was 
awarded to French who were selected by the 
Service du Travail Obligatoire (Compulsory 
Labor Service) to be sent for forced labor in 
Germany. 
One of the rarest resistance medals.
Hallmarked and maker marked by the Paris 
Mint.
