Pelletier - a Saint of the Catholic Church.
Saint Mary Euphrasia Pelletier (Jul.31, 1796– 
Apr. 24, 1868), born Rose Virginie Pelletier, 
was a French Catholic nun and foundress 
of the Congregation of Our Lady of Charity 
of the Good Shepherd, in Angers, France.
Saint Mary Euphrasia Pelletier was declared 
"Venerable", by Pope Leo XIII in 1897, she 
was beatified in 1933 and canonized in 1940 
by Pope Pius XII.
