BELGIUM: WW2 lapel pin - button hole badge 
of the CNPPA, the National Confederation of 
Political Prisoners and their Heirs, 1940 1945. 
The badge presents the ensign of the CNPPA 
that is based on the prisoners' uniforms in the 
concentration camps - the red triangle charged 
with a "B", sewn on the uniform, indicated a 
Belgian political prisoner.
The Belgian WW2 Cross for Political Prisoners
was based on the same design, so this badge 
was often used as the miniature of the Cross.
