The award was established in 1948 aiming at 
rewarding meritorious workers for their skills 
and commitment to their profession. 
The Bronze Class of the Badge was awarded to 
workers of age older than 30, who have proven 
their skills in their profession for more than 10 
years and have demonstrated a commitment to 
professional and personal development. 
Only 5 medals were awarded each year making 
thus this medal quite rare.
