Crown "Viribus  Unitis" of Kaiser Franz Joseph. 
The Order was instituted in 1849, in 4 Classes and 
was awarded for exceptional services to the Austro- 
Hungarian Empire. 
This is the 3rd class of the Order, in silver, on 
original peace time ribbon (hence a pre WW1 
award).
