Regiment (1st Hunter Regiment of Tirol, Emperor's 
Own).
In the form of a standard on a flagpole, with the 
Eagle of Tirol.
The Regiment was formed in 1895. It was a mixed 
Regiment (60% Austrians & 40% Italians)  and was 
stationed in Innsbruck.
A rare badge.
The Austro-Hungarian Hunter Regiments were 
light infantry regiments similar to the Rifle 
Regiments of the British Army.
