With the famous quote of his throne speech, 
at the German Reichstag (Parliament) on 04 
Aug. 1914:
"Ich Kenne Kein Parteien mehr, Ich Kenne 
nur Deutschen" (I know no parties any more, 
I only know Germans).
On 04 Aug 1914 Germany invaded Belgium 
and Great Britain decraled war on Germany. 
These badges were issued for fund raising 
purposes in order to support the war effort.
